Cancel Booking — cancellation terms and steps
Important notice
Must notify in writing
If travelers wish to cancel or postpone their trip, the person(s) named in the booking documents must send a fax, email, or visit our office to sign a cancellation form. We do not accept cancellations by phone under any circumstances.

Company contact hours
All contact with the company must be made during business hours as follows:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Outside these hours and government-declared holidays are considered company holidays.

The company reserves the right to cancel the trip if the number of travelers is fewer than 10-15.
Refund request
Required documents
If travelers wish to request a refund, the person(s) named in the booking documents must send a fax, email, or visit our office to sign a refund request form, attaching the following documents:

| 30-44 days before departure | Deduct 20,000 THB deposit + visa fee (if any) | Songkran-New Year: 44-59 days |
| 10-30 days before departure | Deduct 25,000 THB deposit + other expenses (if any) | Songkran-New Year: 20-43 days |
| 4-9 days before departure | Deduct 50-75% of tour cost | Songkran-New Year: 4-19 days |
