This document is an agreement between you and Azure Journey Co., Ltd. ("the Company"). By creating an account, submitting an Agent application, booking a tour, or using the website azurejourney.com ("the Service"), you acknowledge and agree to all terms below. If you do not agree to any term, please discontinue use of the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Creating an account, submitting an Agent application, booking a tour, or using the website in any form constitutes your full acceptance of these terms. The Company may revise these terms periodically. It is your responsibility to review the latest version.
2. User Account and Security
When opening and maintaining an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
- Notify the Company immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
- Take responsibility for all activity occurring under your account
- Not use another person's account or create an account on behalf of another person without permission
3. Tour Bookings
A booking is considered confirmed once the Company receives the deposit or full payment. Pricing, details, and tour-specific terms apply as displayed on the tour detail page at the time of booking. The Company reserves the right to modify the program when necessary, with prior notice to you.
4. Payment
The system supports payment via Omise links (bank transfer / QR / credit card), cash collection by an Agent, or offline payment recorded by Admin with a slip attached. Tour prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT. A full tax invoice is issued upon request when booking, requiring a complete tax ID.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policy follows the specific terms of each tour as listed on the detail page. Generally, refund proportions depend on time before departure. The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour if minimum traveler counts are not met or due to force majeure, in which case payments are refunded in full.
6. Agent Partner Obligations
If you are an approved Agent, you have additional obligations:
- Sell tours at the price and on the terms set by the Company; do not charge extra without authorization
- Submit traveler data and required documents in full and on time
- Maintain customer data in accordance with the PDPA policy and not use it outside its intended scope
- If 'agent_collected' is selected: collect payment, upload the slip for Admin review, and remit the net amount to the Company on schedule
- Do not impersonate the Company or misrepresent tour details on any channel
7. Intellectual Property
Content, images, logos, tour programs, and data on the website are the property of the Company or its licensors. Copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits arising from use of the Service. The Company's maximum liability is capped at the amount you have paid to the Company for the relevant booking. The Company is not liable for force majeure events such as natural disasters, travel bans, or airline cancellations.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
10. Changes to Terms
The Company may amend or supplement these terms periodically. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
